Who we are
This website, dennisgoedegebuure.com, is operated by TNC Brand Strategy BV, Jagerslaan Zuid 13, 2243 EH Wassenaar, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 93687133. TNC Brand Strategy BV is the data controller for the processing described below. You can reach us through the contact details on the homepage.
What this site processes, and why
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no comments and no forms, and it sells nothing. The processing that does take place is limited to the following.
- Delivery and security logs. The site is served through Cloudflare. When you request a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the page and to protect the site against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
- Visit statistics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics. That measures which pages are visited and how visitors move through the site, using cookies described in the cookie policy. Nothing is measured before you accept, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- Email. If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message to reply and to handle the conversation. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, or steps toward an agreement at your request.
Who else processes data
We use two processors. Cloudflare, Inc. delivers and protects the site. Google LLC provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and only receives data after you have consented to analytics. Both may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards their terms provide. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep data
Delivery and security logs are kept for the short periods Cloudflare applies by default. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, and no longer than 14 months. Email is kept as long as the conversation or a resulting engagement reasonably requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You can also withdraw consent for analytics at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. To exercise a right, contact us through the homepage. We respond within one month.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
